I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
I’m bicultural—Venezuelan and American—and I’m especially drawn to working with children of immigrants such as myself, as well as anyone exploring identity and belonging. My background weaves together education, the arts, and anthropology. I graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 2016 and earned my Master’s and Education Specialist degrees from the University of Florida in 2021.

As a therapist, I value both intuition and research—moving between evidence-based methods and the quiet knowledge that comes from truly listening. I’m naturally observant and sensitive, and I welcome every layer of your story. Together, we can untangle what feels heavy, discover what’s been hidden, and help you return to yourself with more clarity and hope.

I began my career in community settings with children and now work with both children and adults. In addition to talk therapy, I often bring in play, art, and sandtray therapy to give feelings a safe, creative place to land. My role is to help you cut through the noise, create space for what matters, and find your own way forward.

I’m inspired daily by the resilience of my clients—the way growth, breaking cycles, and self-healing bloom when given nurturing support. I believe in staying the course, in patience, and in celebrating every small shift. You’re the main character in your story, and I’m here to walk beside you.
