Fees & Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the cost of our services if you are paying cash-pay or not using insurance.

• You may request a written estimate of the total expected cost for non-emergency therapy services, including related fees.

• We will provide this estimate at least 1 business day before your first session or service, upon request.

• Save a copy or photo of the estimate.

• If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
